They saw I booked at wrong time, although they didn’t need to give me refund back from Expedia. They did it for me. I respect a good and honest business. Thank you, I will keep this brand in mind for future bookings!

The front desk staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. I had requested a first floor room near to an exit, and that was exactly what they reserved. We did however have a couple of issues. We felt that the cost of a room was a bit pricey considering the area. We had stayed in another Hampton Inn in the DC area, and it definitely didn't cost us as much for a room. We had an issue getting the hot w ater to heat up in the morning and noticed that the bathtub had not been cleaned, so we were unable to take showers. But, in general, the hotel appeared to be clean and was comfortable, albeit, a bit pricey.

I often come to this area for business and it's been a pretty good experience staying at this hotel. The personnel at the front desk, both in the morning and night, were welcoming and helpful. The best hotel experience that I've had in this area is from this Hampton Inn. I'm sad that the hot tub is gone, but it is what it is.

Stayed for a Valentine's Weekend with my husband. Great stay and local to the things we wanted to do (Trailside Zoo & Museum and Woodbury outlets). Area is a bit busy but i like the food options all around. Even though its close to the highway the sound was minimal by the end of the day and sleeping. Great breakfast options, love that the pool is open until midnight and totally didnt know they allowed dogs! We'll definitely go back and probably bring our pup along. Room was clean and the housekeeping was in the hall everyday, ready to help.

We used the meeting rooms for a corporate event, and everything was excellent. Joanna Signorelli provided outstanding support and attention throughout the process. I highly recommend this venue for events or for using the meeting rooms.

We had an awesome 4 day stay there, the staff was awesome and very helpful. Breakfast was great!! Definitely coming back

The Hotel was extremely clean. Easily accessible to many different venues , wineries,farms, shopping etc. The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING ! The hotel host at the front desk Francis was so patient and accommodating!! He even took a picture of our group in the Halloween Spooky decorated lobby!! I would highly recommend this hotel . We need more employees like Francis that take pride in their job Regards Linda Prince

We had a great stay in here. All the staff are very helpful and very nice. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very decent! We booked 4 rooms and they managed to put all the rooms next to each other even at the last minute request! We always book our stay every time we have family gatherings! I would definitely go back here next time! Location wise, it’s near to everything we need! Dining, shopping, etc! Kudos to Francis and Sandy at the front desk for a great customer service as well as the rest of the staff!
